Opened Filename

Option 'o' --> Display Filename When Opened. Normally QTGrep only indicates the active file by outputing the name with matching records. If many files are scanned and there are few matches per file or many files contain no matches, the user has no indication the QTGrep is active. To alleviate this problem, QTGrep can be forced to output the name of each file as it is opened. The name is actually sent to the Standard Error File so that if the normal output is redirected or piped, the filename is still shown on the console display.

This is a local option and may be turned on or off for separate files as desired.
