Match Count

Option 't' --> At end of scanning output the total number of files of
files scanned and the number of files which contained at least one
match. The format is:

Total files scanned: uuuuu
Files with Matches: uuuuu

Incompatible Options Are:

W	Write Compiled Search Patterns
Z	File Preview
