Taged Strings

Option 'T' --> Output Tagged Strings. QTgrep normally outputs the records containing the strings matching the search patterns (Regular Expressions or Keywords). If the user desires to output separately the tagged strings matching the parenthesized patterns within the search patterns, then this option should be invoked. QTGrep will first output the record containing the matching string and then, on the following output lines, the matching tagged strings.

The format of the output is:

This is a local option and may be turned on or off for separate files as desired.

Incompatible Options Are:

W	Write Compiled Search Patterns
Z	File Preview
r	Replace Matches (Req Pat File)
z	Simulate Replace Matches
